Poultry: All poultry assumed without skin, roasted.

Preparation Instructions:
Use any variety of frozen Stirfry Vegetable Blend without noodles or rice. (1 package = 4.5 cups) Wash and pat chicken dry. Cut into thin strips. Heat oil in non-stick skillet. (You can use 1 teaspoon of Chili oil in place of 1 teaspoon olive oil for a hotter flavor). Add chicken breast and stirfry until chicken is cooked (2 to 3 minutes). Add stirfry sauce and cook for a minute. Add package of frozen stirfry vegetables. Continue to stirfry until veggies are crisp tender.
